Field Sales Engineer - Connecticut

Job Description:
As a Field Sales Engineer covering Connecticut, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs to drive growth and deliver exceptional service. Your expertise in understanding our products deeply and aligning these solutions with customer requirements, coupled with your strong relationship-building skills, will be essential for your success. You will enjoy the comprehensive support of our internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and grow emerging accounts in Connecticut.
  • Support and empower existing customers with next-generation designs, leveraging your technical knowledge to provide expert solutions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships through both in-person and virtual interactions, establishing yourself as a reliable advisor to our clients.
  • Oversee complex sales programs, coordinating closely with internal teams, customers, manufacturers, and channel partners.
  • Effectively use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage and document sales activities and track progress against goals.
  • Achieve and strive to exceed sales growth targets.

Qualifications:

  • Based in in CT, MA, or RI
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the electronics sector.
  • Proficient in discussing technical concepts with design engineers and articulating the value of our products.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a keen interest in continuous personal and professional development.
  • Strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Naturally curious, eager to understand the intricacies of how technologies work and dedicated to uncovering and addressing customer challenges.
